Our world is full of hurting people who are often the recipients of our charity, but is giving food, drink and prayer all that God requires of us? Does He want us to create programs that continually meet the immediate need or does God call us to do more?
Based on the principles from the book Breaking the Broken, the Sustainable Change conference will better equip you to serve from a biblical model that creates sustainable change in the lives of those you serve. Whether you’re in full time, part time or volunteer in ministry, this conference is for you!
God does call us to serve “the least of these,” but He also laid out a plan in Scripture for how we should serve. God’s plan provides life and healing. God’s plan gives dignity, purpose and value to those being served. God’s plan protects the served and the serving.
Join ministry leaders from around the country to learn, discuss and grow in how we present Christ to the least, the lonely and the lost.

The Sustainable Change Conference was inspired by the book Breaking the Broken.
Author Rob Kendall has been living this model of service since 2003 and, while teaching these principles to an organization in 2013, was challenged by those in attendance to write a book.
For the past 4 years his seminars have had standing room only, and while talking with leaders across the country he has been asked by many “can we come to Franklin and learn?”
As a result of these requests, in September 2017, Renewing the Mind Network is sponsoring the first Sustainable Change Conference.
